It involves defining the project management model, taking into consideration the planning and allocation of human resources, management methodology, and monitoring various teams.
Investigation Topic 1
Studies on Health and Wellness Tourism
The goal of this activity is to deepen the state of the art on Health and Wellness Tourism, interconnecting with other sectors of activity that coexist in the economic environment, including sustainability concerns.
At the same time, an investigation will be made into the services and technological requirements offered, and innovation in the offer of new products and services, through the management of adequate packages and the establishment of a privileged relationship with the customer, through the generated knowledge.
Investigation Topic 2
Conceptual Model of Identity and Access Management in Health and Wellness Tourism Organizations
The goal is to establish the conceptual model of a safe and reliable system for users and organizations.
An additional investigation of the state of the art and similar tools will be carried out, including the creation of use cases for different stakeholders that manage identities and accesses.
Investigation Topic 3
Deepen, combine, and develop knowledge in Blockchain, GDPR, and Health Tourism
This activity is planned to define the architecture of the model for registering and processing data and operations carried out. This is to ensure the reliability and tracking of operations, offering confidence in the quality of information to all stakeholders, and ensuring that the information is only accessed by those who are authorized for that purpose.
Investigation Topic 4
Data Analytics associated with Health and Wellness Tourism
This activity will make it possible to identify and define the Machine Learning algorithms that can best contribute to acquiring intelligence about Health and Wellness Tourism guest data, as well as combining with the potential of Business Intelligence to prepare personalized offers for these customers, and improve control of hotel activity in this segment.
Prototype Design and Architecture
For the System, it is necessary to aggregate all the concepts in the integrated perspective of the solution, which takes into account the interests of the stakeholders and the needs of end users.
This activity, supported by the knowledge generated in the previous tasks, will contribute to the documentation that will support the implementation of the system.
Prototype
This activity will allow us to integrate all the components, tactics, and strategies previously defined on each Investigation Topic, design, and architecture.
Software Tests
In this phase, development tests will be designed, aimed at ensuring the software does not have construction defects.
Installation tests, which aim to ensure that the system works in the environment;
Validation tests and acceptance of use, where a TAM will be applied either in a laboratory environment or a production environment, which validates the established requirements;
And finally, operation tests as well.
The results will help us validate the level of acceptance and use of the technology developed in the project.
